A 35-year hospitality industry veteran. He graduated from the Philadelphia Restaurant School in 1994 and immediately launched the Fox Point Grill. From there, he successfully founded Nage, Espuma, and most recently Abbott’s Grill. In 2010, he was awarded the Delaware Restaurant Association Restaurateur of the Year.
The founder and owner of Mispillion River Brewing out of Milford, Delaware. A Delaware native, Williams spent his career in corporate management before making the jump to the brewing industry.
The Head Brewer at Mispillion River Brewing. With four years industry experience, Maloney brings the technical skills and recipe writing experience that has already garnered him two major beer industry awards from the World Beer Cup and the Great American Beer Festival.
Justin is the driving force behind many of the beers that make their way into our brew system. With four years brewing experience, and many years drinking craft beer, Justin is an invaluable member of the team and a strong head brewer.
Chantal brings a positive energy to her role as General Manager. A former employee of Abbott’s Grill, she joined Brick Works as soon as it opened and has brought many skills to the position.
